Order Processing
- All orders are prepared within 1 business day after payment confirmation (excluding weekends and public holidays).
- During peak seasons or special offers, processing may take slightly longer.
- You will receive a confirmation message once your order is placed and another message when your order is shipped.
Shipping Rates
We offer flat-rate shipping to all governorates in Egypt:
• Shipping fee: 50 EGP for all governorates
• FREE shipping on orders of two items or more
Delivery Time
Delivery time to all locations inside Egypt is:
• Up to 3 business days from the shipping date
Please note that delivery times may vary slightly due to circumstances beyond our control.
