Return & Exchange Policy

At Zinza Jewelry, your satisfaction is our top priority. We strive to provide a smooth and transparent shopping experience, which is why we’ve created a simple and clear return and exchange policy.

  1. Return & Exchange Period
  • You may request a return or exchange within 48 hours from the date of receiving your order.
  • After this period, we will not be able to process return or exchange requests.
  1. Conditions for Return or Exchange
       To be eligible for a return or exchange, the following conditions must be met:
  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in perfect condition.
  • It must be returned in its original packaging, along with all tags, labels, and accessories (if applicable).
  • Items that show signs of wear, use, or damage will not be accepted for return or exchange.
  1. How to Request a Return or Exchange
  2. Contact us within the allowed period through one of the following:
  1. Provide your order number and specify the item you wish to return or exchange.
  2. Once your request is confirmed by our customer service team, a courier will be arranged to collect the item.
  3. After inspection and approval:
  • A replacement item will be shipped in the case of an exchange.
  • A refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days in the case of a return.
  1. Shipping Fees
  • If the return is due to a manufacturing defect or a wrong item, we will cover all shipping costs.
  • For other reasons (such as a change of mind), the customer is responsible for shipping fees both ways.

  • We reserve the right to decline returns that do not meet the conditions listed above.
