Return & Exchange Period
- You may request a return or exchange within 48 hours from the date of receiving your order.
- After this period, we will not be able to process return or exchange requests.
Conditions for Return or Exchange
To be eligible for a return or exchange, the following conditions must be met:
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in perfect condition.
- It must be returned in its original packaging, along with all tags, labels, and accessories (if applicable).
- Items that show signs of wear, use, or damage will not be accepted for return or exchange.
How to Request a Return or Exchange

- Provide your order number and specify the item you wish to return or exchange.
- Once your request is confirmed by our customer service team, a courier will be arranged to collect the item.
- After inspection and approval:
- A replacement item will be shipped in the case of an exchange.
- A refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days in the case of a return.
Shipping Fees
- If the return is due to a manufacturing defect or a wrong item, we will cover all shipping costs.
- For other reasons (such as a change of mind), the customer is responsible for shipping fees both ways.

- We reserve the right to decline returns that do not meet the conditions listed above.
